Duties
Under the leadership of the Mayor, he is responsible for the daily operations of the Municipal Government, transparency of government affairs, and assists in the administration of government offices affairs, government supervision, and public complaints and proposals. He leads the General Office of the Municipal Government, and supervises the Municipal Government's Liaison Office in Beijing and the Municipal Government's Liaison Office in Shanghai. He also assists in the supervision of the Municipal Government Offices Administration and the Municipal Government Supervision Office.

Ma Xingqi, male, Han ethnicity, born in January 1969, holds an in-service postgraduate degree. He is a member of the Communist Party of China. He currently serves as the Secretary-General of Wuhu Municipal People's Government, a member of the Leading Party Members' Group of Wuhu Municipal People's Government. He also serves as the Secretary of the Leading Party Members' Group of the General Office of the Municipal Government.
