Qu Hui, male, Han ethnicity, born in January 1976, holds a Master's degree in Public Administration. He is a member of the Communist Party of China. He currently serves as the Vice Mayor of Wuhu Municipal People's Government and a member of the Leading Party Members' Group of Wuhu Municipal People's Government.
