Cao Xiaoming, male, Han ethnicity, born in November 1973, holds a postgraduate degree from the Party School of Anhui Provincial Committee of CPC, and is a member of the Communist Party of China. He currently serves as a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Wuhu Municial Committee, the Vice Mayor of Wuhu and a member of the Leading Party Members' Group of Wuhu Municipal People's Government.
