Tiny nuts contain a big industry and demand a high level of quality.The reporter was informed yesterday that the Wuhu Municipal Market Supervision Bureau focuses on one city and one product nut quality improvement action. In 2023, the output value of the nut industry in Wuhu City grew by 12% year-on-year, realising the double enhancement of the output value and quality of the nut industry, and launching the local characteristic brand of "Wuhu's food without worry".

According to reports, in 2023, Wuhu City Market Supervision Bureau of the city's nut production units and the city's food production inspectors to carry out five special classes of training, training enterprises and small workshops more than 200 times. Entry and commitment interviews were conducted with five nut production units, and all rectifications have been completed. In order to enhance the inspection capacity, Wuhu City Market Supervision Bureau of Anhui Province Food and Drug Administration, three squirrels to produce "peroxide value", "sulphur dioxide" short teaching hands-on video, and fried food enterprises jointly set up a fried food industry, "shared laboratory". In the province's first innovative implementation of "supervision and law enforcement + sampling and monitoring" linkage, in the inspection at the same time to carry out sampling, a total of 7 batches of sampling. The province's first five key nut production enterprises to carry out licensing conditions to maintain the inspection.

Through a number of initiatives, Wuhu nuts unqualified enterprises significantly reduced, the focus of the risk of hidden danger basically eliminated, the awareness of the main responsibility of enterprises has increased significantly, the management of food safety is more standardised.
