According to the Municipal Data Resources Administration Bureau, with the deepening of its "run once at most" campaign, the city has improved its online government service platform, optimized its approval process and implemented approval without face-to-face meeting so that it has realized a better service to businesses and individuals by “online, simplified, nearby approval”. Up to now 80% of individual all-online approval items have launched a pilot program of “no original copy, no face-to-face meeting” and 117 items have realized individual all-online approval, which ranks first in the province in terms of the total number.

In recent years, online application and online acting application have been promoted vigorously, achieving a citywide all-online approval of government services at all levels. From January to October this year, the total number of items disposed by Wuhu Government Service Webpage of Anhui Government Affairs Service Website (ahzwfw.gov.cn) has reached 989,743, 85.3% of which were applied online with a number of 843,874 items. In the meantime, with sustained optimization of online application processes, the city has guaranteed the most simplification of application materials and promised the shortest time of approval. So far Wuhu Government Service Webpage of Anhui Government Affairs Service Website has successfully disposed 87,257 items in the spirit of "run once at most", which occupied over 99.9% of the total. The average commitment time of government services and the average number of application materials have been reduced to 2.62 days and 2.78 items respectively.

For the convenience of the masses, the city shared data between two e-government service platforms, namely “Wanshitong” (an APP of Anhui Government Affairs Service Website) and “City Link”(an APP of Wuhu Government Service Website), making “City Link” a local substitute for “Wanshitong”. Since this June, page visits of “City Link” have exceeded 300,000, with year-on-year growth winning the first place in the province. The number of online service items reached 92, the biggest number in the province. In order to further deepen “Internet + government service”, free EMS service windows were opened in government service centers at all level. From January to October this year, over 60,000 items of various documents were delivered for free through this citywide logistics platform.
