Multi-sector Cooperation on Promoting Fair Competition in the Market

Recently, 26 relevant sectors including the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Municipal Finance Bureau and the Municipal Market Supervision Administration Bureau held joint meetings for fair competition review to jointly promote the sustained advancement of fair competition review and facilitate the full implementation of fair competition review system in Wuhu.

The implementation of fair competition review is an important guarantee to optimize business environment and propel high quality economic development and a key measure of deepening the reform of streamlining administration, delegating powers, improving regulation and services to achieve effective transformation of government functions. In recent years, the municipal government has followed the trend of regional economic integration and persistently boosted the reform of commercial systems so that the implementation of fair competition review as a whole has made good progress in the whole city.

It is reported that next the municipal government will further straighten out and optimize the review system and strengthen its supervision on the performance and the implementation of review system via exploring the establishment of fair competition review assessment mechanism. By means of giving full play to social supervision and continuous optimizing business environment, the municipal government will carry forward the review and clearing in an open and transparent way and jointly stimulate high quality development of social economy in the whole city.
